Dynamic ELITE Training - Mission
Dynamic Skating has created a "new" standard of hockey development, Dynamic Elite Training. The focus of our Dynamic Elite Training program is to work individually with each student maximizing development, reinforcing proper technique, and correcting form deficiencies. We have structured the on-ice program to meet every player's individual needs. Through this small group training approach, we will be able to immediately correct flaws in skating and skill mechanics, as well as foster a deep-rooted and more thorough understanding of the game. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS  Sunday - 5 Sessions (Mite, Squirt, Pee Wee, Jr. High, HS)- September - May 2009
- 16 Week Programs: 16 Hours of Elite On-ice Training
- Limited Skaters per Session
- Player to Instructor Ratio, 4/5:1
- Individual Skating and Skill training
- Situational and combative drills by position
- Emphasis on technique and speed
- Acceleration and over speed training
- Speed with creative thinking and reacting drills
- Working outside the comfort zone, expanding your limits
- Professional Staff
